Within the last several centuries, almost all of these died out (a process which accelerated during the corporate takeover of the civilian government). Today, there is only one official language recognized as "Bodorian". The Bodorian language is broken down into specific sounds, and each sound is represented by a relatively simple image denoting a single phenome. The Bodorian alphabet contains 60 letters. Dynamic Developments created Team Scratch using customized DNA sequences, along with artificial organs implanted into their bodies. Once grown into physical maturity, the units’ brains are programmed with new information and regulations to control and restrict their actions. The artificial organs repair themselves naturally over time using the same means that natural creatures do. Well... that's a thing

I've read up on the new AI policy. DA could have made AI art scraping something you have to opt-in on. They did not do this. DA could have created a mass opt-out option for already uploaded art pieces. They did not do this. Instead, they created a system where you must upload a google document AND manually edit each piece you've uploaded... one by one... in order to opt out. And then your art 'probably' won't end up in some AI's data-set (deviantArt can't guarantee that). There is NO interpretation of this system that looks good for deviantArt.

The longer I'm exposed to DA and its... what I can only describe as arbitrary and inconsistent... policies, the less inclined I am towards liking it as a platform.
